Aletia is a cultivator of connection, bringing a diverse and varied background to her Soul Motion™ practice. As a Certified Soul Motion™ Teacher, she is the administrating force for the Soul Motion™ School, co-creator of Madrona MindBody Institute and swirls years of operational spirals as an organizational consultant and non-profit leader.

Her everyday dance is sparked in creative movement and expression and is catalyzed by her dynamic charge as a leader for dance community - I am one with all.

I have been on the spiral path of kinesthetic investigation into consciousness for more than two decades, in motion, stillness, and process inquiry. A long-term student and practitioner of Buddhism, conscious movement, and Gestalt, I met Vinn in early 2001, shifted my teaching path to Soul Motion in 2002, and am now leading classes and workshops in Northern California and around the world. I have co-led with Vinn the Soul Motion Leadership Program. Forever amazed at the transformative power of awareness and presence, I expect to be learning about it for whatever time I have left in this life.

Winky Wheeler

Winky sees dance as a remarkable way to engage with ourselves and the world, and an important aspect of fully living. She delights in the effortless beauty that unfolds when we fully show up, trust and surrender ourselves to the process and movement of this moment.

Winky finds that the dance continues to be spell binding and exhilarating ~ both as a teacher and a practitioner. Winky began dancing and teaching with Vinn sometime around 1996, before the birth of Soul Motion. She lives in Portland, Oregon where she co-founded and co-runs Momentum Studio.
